How to use the nasal strips:
- Wash your hands and nose to remove any oil.
- Dry your hands and nose to reassure not moisture is left.
- Remove the protection stickers from the middle of the nasal strip.
- Place the nasal strip horizontally just below the bridge of the nose.
- Gently press the nasal strips to help it stick firmly.

SHIPPING INFO
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail using their 48-hour tracked service. Items are dispatched same (excluding weekends and national holidays). Orders must be placed prior to 10am for the same day dispatch. Delays in delivery can be caused by Royal Mail which are out of our control.
International order (orders outside of England) are subject to import tax which must paid by the buyer on receipt of the item directly to Royal Mail. We are unable to confirm the exact amount of import tax and this will be calculated by the courier. Any items returned due to import tax not being paid will be subject to a £5 charge.
